5. At any time and from time to time the Grantor shall have
the power, by written instrument'signed and acknowledged by him
and delivered to the Trustee, to settle the account of the Trus-
tee with respect to principal or income, or with respect to both
principal and income, and to release and discharge the Trustee of
and from any and every claim, demand, accountability, and liabi-
lity of every nature, arising from any matter or thing done or
omitted to be done, in connection with this agreement or any trust
hereby created, durin g the period in respect of which the account
of the Trustee shall have been so settled. Bvery such settlement,
release, and discharge shall be conclusive and binding upon, and
shall be an absolute protection to the Trustee against all claims
~ of any income beneficiaries, remaindermen, or other persons who
~ might then or thereafter have or claim any interest under this
agreement, and no such income beneficiary, remainderman, or other
person shall have any right of accounting, any claim, or any cause
~ of action against the Trustee arising from any matter or thin g

done or omitted to be done in connection with this agreement or
~ any trust hereby created, during any period in respect of which
~
` the account of the Trustee shall have been so settled.

~ 6. The interest of any beneficiary in principal and income
~
~ of the trust estate shall not be subject to assi gnment, aliena-
~
tion, pledge, attachment or claims of creditors of such benefici-
ary.
~ The trust estate shall not be charged with the payment of
~ any Federal estate taxes, or any inheritance taxes, upon the Gran-
~ torts death except to the extent that the other assets in the
~
~
~ Grantorts estate (excluding any assets which may be exempted from
~
~ the payment of such taxes by the last will of the Grantor) shall
~
~ be insufficient to discharge such taxes. The Trustee may rely con
~
~ clusively upon written advice from the executor or executors of
~ the Grantorts estate, or upon any other evidence, as to the exis-
~
~ uW ~ tence of such insufficiency and the amount thereof. If the Trus-
