8. ~he Grantor declares that this agreement and the trust
created hereby shall be construed under and regulated by the laws
of the State of Florida, and that the validity and effect of this
agreement and of this trust shall be determined in accordance with ~
the laws of that State, and that the Trustee shall not be required
to account in any court other than one of the courts of that State
9. The Grantor reserves the right at any time or from time
to time, without the consent of any person and without notice to
any person other than the Trustee, to revoke or modify the trust
hereby created in whole or in part, to change the beneficiaries
hereof, or to withdraw the whole or any part of the trust estate
by filing notice of such revocation, modification, change, or with
drawal with the Trustee, provided, however, that the terms of this
agreement may not be modified by the Grantor in such manner as to
increase the obligations or alter the rates or the commissions of
( the Trustee without its written consent.
10. The Trustee shall be entitled to have and retain as a
reasonable compensation for its services hereunder as Trustee an
annual charge based upon the schedule of fees set forth iri its
published fee schedule which is in effect at the time such com-
pensation becomes payable.
IN i'lITNBSS WHBREOF, the Grantor and the Trustee have signed,
sealed and acknowledged this Trust Agreement.
