Tf3IS INSTRU'MENT is an Addendum to the Trust Agreement made
on the 25th day of May, 1959. between J. P. GRAF, Grantor, and
sT. LtJCIE COUNTY BANK, a Florida Banking Corporation, Trustee, an
shall be incorporated in said Trust Agreement as if originally
included therein, and shall be referred to as Parayraph 11 of
said Trust Agreement:
11. Coanmencing as of the date of my death and continuing
for and during the term of the Trust hereby created, my Truatee
shall pay to my dauyhter, PATRICIA MARIE GRAF, or apply for her
benefit so much of the income of said Trust Fund as it shall deem
necessary or desirable to provide properly for her care, canfort,
education, maintenance, medical care, and reasonable luxurie8.
While my daughter, PATRZCIA MARIE GRAF, is under the age of 21

years, it is intended that my Trustee shall liberally construe
these discretionary powers to pay to her or use the income for
' her benefit; however, iz~ the event the Guardian appointed in my
Last Will and Testament fails to qualify or in any event is not
; appointed Guardian, no payment ahall be made to my daughter un-

~ less the appointment of said Guardian is approved by my Trustee.
