THIS INDENTURE, made this day of ,
1965, at the City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie. State of
Florida, by and between DONALD L. GRANGER, the duly appointed,
qualified and acting Guardian of PATRICIA ANN NETTLES, DEBRA ANN
NETTLES, WILLIS RAY NETTLES, EMMETT RAY NETTLES, and HERMAN RAY
NETTLES, and the duly appointed, qualified and acting Administrator
of the Estates of RAY NETTLES and PRISCILLA NETTLES, deceased, the
party of the first part, and I~RMAN SUMMERLIN and CARRIE BELLE
SUNII~iERLIN, nis wife, of Fort Pierce, Florida, the parties of the
second part, witnesseth:
That, whereas, on the 29th day of July, 1965, the Court
of the County Judge, of t2ze County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
and on the 23rd day of June, 1965, in probate, in the Estate of
RAY NETTLES and Estate of PRISCILLA NETTLES, deceased, the Court
of the County Judge, of the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
i made an order of sale authorizing the party of the first part to

~ sell certain real property belonging to said Guardianship, and/or
~
~ Estate, situated in the aforesaid county and state, and specified
and particularly described in said orders of sale, which orders
~ are now on file and of record in said Court and is hereby referred
~
to and made a part of this indenture.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Guardian of PATRICIA ANN NETTLES,
~ DEBRA ANN NETTLES, WILLIS RAY NETTLES, EMMETT RAY NETTLES and
~
~ F~;RMAN RAY NETTLES, and the Administrator of the Estate of RAY
~
NETTLES, deceased, and PRISCILLA NETTLES, deceased, the party of
~ the first part, pursuant to the orders last aforesaid of the said
~ Court, for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred and
~
~ No/100 Dollars ($500.00), to him in hand paid by the parties
~
~ of the second part, has granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed,
~
~ and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
