all the right, title, and interest of the Guardianship of PATRICIA
ANN NETTLES, DEBRA ANN NETTLES, WILLIS RAY NETTLES, EMMETT RAY
NETTLES and I~RMAN RAY NETTLES, and the Estates of RAY NETTLES,
deceased, and PRISCILLA NETTLES, deceased, at the time of their
death, and also all the right, title, and interest that the said
Guardianship, by operation of law or otherwise and all the right,
title and interest that said Estate, by operation of law or other-
wise, may have acquired, other than or in addition to that of
said intestates at the time of their death, in and to all that
certain real property situated in said County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, and particularly described as follows:
Description of Entire Property:
From the NW corner of the SW
4 of the SW 4 of
Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
run East along the North line of said SW4 of
SW~ a distance of 634 feet to an iron post on
West line of Totten Road, thence South with

~ feet to Point of Beginning, thence continuing
i South a distance of 100 feet; thence west

Road a distance of 100 feet; thence East to
