(1) t~~e p~yment of a note executed by the Mortgegor

provided that nathin~ herein conteined shall be considered as
limitin~ the amounts that shall be secured hereby when ad-
vanced to protect the security or in accordance with coven-
ants contained in the Mort~age.
(3) all of the covenants and obligations of the Mort-
gagor to the Mortgagee, as contained in a supplemental agree-
ment deted, executed ar.d delivered concurrently nerewith and
reference is hereoy made to said note and seapplemental agree-
me~t for the fuZl terms and conditions thereof, and the same
are hereby incorporated herein as fully as if written out
verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695•~?, Florida
Statutes, in Officisl Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie (.ounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall inclade the plural,
and tl:~ masculine sn~ll include the feminine and neuter. ~111
rights and obliga~ions under this mort~age shall extend to and
be bindinb upon tize respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor snd t4ortgagee.
