~ Together with all buildir_gs, improvements, fixtures or
apnurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed there-
in, including all apparatus, equipn;ent, fixtures or artlcles,
whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to sup-
ply heat, gae, air conditionir,g, weter, light, power, refrig-
eration, ventilat ion or othar services, and ang other thing
no~?* or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of Whi~h
by lessors to lessees is customary or appropriate, including
scrEens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor cover-
ir.~s, screen 3oors, in-a-dar beds, awnings, stoves and water
heQters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
clarsd to be a part of said real estate whether physically
atiacned tnereto or not); and also together with all ease-
ments and the rents, issue s and profits of said premises which
are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto the
Mortga~ee, whether now due or nereafter to become due ae pro-
vided in the Supplemental A~reement secured hereby. The Mort-
~ ~a~ee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mortgegeer.9,
~ lienhol3ers and owners pai3 off by the proceeds of the loan
~ hereby secured.
TO H~VE x~:~ TO HOLD the said property, with said build-
ings, imgrovements, fixtures, appurtenances, apparatus and
equipment, and with all the rights and privileges thereunto
~ belonging, unto said Mortgegee forever, for the uses herein
~ set fortn, free from ell rights and benefits under the home-
~ stead, exemption and valuation laws of any state, which said
~ rights end benef'its said Mortgagor does hereby release and
waive.
