PROMISSORY NOTE ~

~ For the value received the undersigned jointly
~ to the order of BERTIE BASS and GENEVA
~ promises to pay
BASS, his wife, the principal sum of TI~tEE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($3,000.00) with interest from date at the rate
of six per centum (696) per year on the unpaid balance
~ until paid, at Vero Beach, Florida or such other place
as the holder may designate in writing, in monthly
installments o~ FIFTY-DOLLARS ($50.00), including interest,
on the first day of each montb beginning April 1, 1966
and continuing until the principal and interest are fully ~
! paid, each payment being applied first to interest and ~
the balance to principal. The purchasers may at their +
y option make the payments quarterly. The Makers may pay
any part or all of the unpaid principal at any time before
due without penalty.

IF any payment is not made within ninety days after
~ it is due, the entire unpaid principal shall become due

without notice at the option of the holder, and failure
~ to exerciRe *hat option shall not waive the right to ex-
ercise it in event of a subsequent default. In event
~ ent, the Ma~cers will jointly pay all
