neighboring properties is dependent upon proper mmntencmoe cmd upkeep, hereby authori7s cmd
give my (our) consent to General Development Corporation, a Delawcue corporation, or such persons
as it shall designate at such time or times as the above premises shall be vaamt, to enter upon such
premises to pertorm amy mZd all worlc which it may deem neoess~y to ~eep such p~+emises in reason-
able uppe~cmce cmd repair. I, (we) agree such woir shall include, but not be limiied !o minor repairs
or pmnting to the exterior of the house cmd lawn amd y~d mcrinten~oe.
I, (we) agree to pay reasonable ch~ges for all such work per~ormed (such ch~ges in no a~e
not to be less tham the actual cost thereof to General Development Corporation) within 10 dcrys after
submission of a statement in writing ot such chm~ges, provided, that such w~k shall not be oom-
menoed until 10 dQys after I(we) cun (cme) given notioe by General Development Co~pot+atiaa that
such worlc is required. Such notioe shall be deemed given ~d such statement shall be deemed sub-
mitted as oi the day it is deposited in the United States mml. Suc~ chm~ges sha12 aonstitute a liea
against the properiy.
This agreement shcill be binding upon my (our) heirs, suocessors ar assigns and shall be con
strued as a covencmt running with the kamd.
