From the Northeast corrier of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40 ~ast, run V{rest • on the North
line of said SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 255.9?' to the point of beginning, thence
run Southerly parallel with Tottens Road 523.5 feet to the North boundary
line of Okeechobee Road, thence run Southwesterly along said road 100 feet
to a stake or pipe, thence run Northerly parallel to Tottens Road 585 feet
to the North line of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, thence run East 83.8 feet
to the point of beginning, excepting therefrom rights of way for public roads ~

This mortgage is inferior in dignity to a certain mortgage held by the
i ~ First National Bank of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierce, Florida, and to a certain
~ mortgage held by the Fort Pierce Gas Company, and to a home improvement
~ loan held by the First National Bank of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierce, Florida.

This mortgage is given as additional security for the repayment of a certain
note from Gail Smith, an unmarried woman, to J. M. Kagey, a copy of which
note is attached hereto and which note is also secured by a mortgage from
Gail Smith to J. M. Kagey, which encumbers lands in Marion County, Florida,
which mortgage is recorded in Official Records Book Z(os , Page 6_~_, in
Marion County, Florida. Default of that mortgage shall be a default in the
performance of this mortgage by virtue of which the mortgagee shall have the
rights and remainder provi. ded herein and by law.
~ Upon payment of the sum of Three Thousand Eight Hundred ~fty Dollars
~ ($3, 850.00) in reduction of the note, a copy of which is attached hereto and
~ upon condition that that certain Marion County mortgage is in good standing,
_ upon ninety (90) days written notice at any time after March 21, 1967, and
upon the payment of said $3, 850.00 to the mortgagee, the mortgagee will
satisfy this mortgage on property in St. Lucie County.
