Lucie County, Florida, for authority to ~P11 certain real estate in
said County hereinafter described, avering it is necessary and ex-
pedient to sell the same and also alleging each and every ~urisdic- ~

tional fact; and the eaid County Judge having found that the allega- ~
~
i
tions of said Petition Were true and that the sale would be to the ;
best interests of the said Eetate entered and rendered his Order
dated the day of A. D. 1966, directing the
said Yarty of the First Part to sell the said resl estate at private ~
sale; and

THE8Et1PON the said Party of the First Part contracted to sell ~
the said real estate to the said Parties of the Second Yart for the ~
sum of $12,000.00; and the said Party of the First Part reported the ~

said contraet to the said Court and the said Court after being fully €

advised in the premisee found that the price offered for said real
estate Was fair and reasonable and by Order entered and rendered on
the ~ day of _~~~1:. ~ , A. D. 1966, ratified and con-
firmed said contract of $ale and ordered the said Party of the First
Part to eaecute a Deed to the Yarties of the Second Part of the real
estate hereinsfter described.
~TO~T, THEREFOBT, in consideration of the premises and the sum of '
$12,000.00 in hand paid, said P~rty of the First Part hereby grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, ~onveys and confirme
unto the said Parties of the Second Part and to their heirs and
