RELEASE OF EASEMENT "
THIS RELEASE, made this~ ~~y _day of 1L1 A Y,~_,
196~ by CUSHHAN S. RADEBAUGH AND SONS, INC., a Florida corporation,
hereinafter called "Radebaugh".
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Radebaugh is the holder of a certain easement re-
corded in Deed Book 227, page 205, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and
WHEBEAS, said Radebaugh has agreed with present owners of
property subject hereto, to relinquish and give up the portion of
said easement lying_North of the Turnpike;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
(S1.00) and other good and valuable considerations receipt of which
, is acknowledged, Radebaugh hereby releases, quit claims and extin-
~ guishes that portion only of Radebaugh's easement (recorded in Deed
~ Book 227, page 205) in Section 30, lying and being North of Turnpike
and canal rights-of-way, ToWnship 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
