AGREEMENT AND EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT AND EASEMENT made and entered into the
~ r day of , 1966, by and between FLORIDA
MAID CITRUS CORPORATION, BURTON SMITH GROVES~ INC.,~BAY-MILL, INC.,
WAGNER GROVES, INC., all Florida corporations, and FLORIDA MAID
DRRINAGE AND IRRIGATION ASSOCIATION, a non-profit Florida coopera-
~ tive aseociation, hereinafter called the "Grantors", and CUSHMAN
S. RADEBAUGH AND SONS, ING., a Florida corporation, hereinafter
- called the "Grantee".
~ W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Grantors own land and/or rights in land lying
~
- East of the West line of Blocks 4-20, Florida Maid Citrus Grove, ac-
cording to the plat thereof in Plat Book 13, page 1; and

- WHEREAS, said Grantors are developing said real property
~ for citrus grove purposes; and

- WHEREAS, Grantee owns land abutting and lying West of said
West line of said Blocks 4-20; and
' WHEREAS, by Agreement of the parties certain rights have
~ been established between them for their mutual advantage.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants

~ herein contained and other good and valuable considerations, it is

~ agreed:
`1~ 1. Grantors do hereby grant unto.Grantee the non-exclusive
~
~ right to use for grove road~and access purposes, and for no other
~ ~
purposes, the following described property in St. Lucie County,
State of Florida, to-wit:
A road and bridge constructed or to be con-
strueted SO feet in width and lying 40 feet
on either side of the North line of the East
200 feet, Block 1, FLORIDA MAID GITRUS GROVE,
per plat thereof, Plat Book 13, page 1,
TOGETHER with a road eonstructed or to be
constructed 40 feet in Width described as
the West 40 feet of the East 320 feet of
