SUBJECT to the foll~wing terms and conditions:
ta) Grantee shall, at its expense, provide an East-West
crossing over the drainage canal lying on the West side of Florida
Maid Citrus Grove by means of a bridge having a mini~um H 20 design
loading, or by means of a culvert being at least 40 feet in length
and at least 72 inches in diameter.
(b) In crossing the existing dike located along the West
line of Florida Maid Citrus Grove, grantee shall insure that the
full height of the dike to an elevation of 35 feet above sea level
or 10 feet above ground level shall at all times be maintained.
'Grantors further reserve the right at any and all times
to have free and uninterrupted use of said road and easement prop-
erty for all general purposes connected with the use of Grantors~

~ (c) It is agreed that said non-exclusive easement for
grove road and access purposes is personal to the Grantee, is non-

assigriable and does not run with the land, and it is further ag e
that this easement shall terminate if Cushman S. Radebaugh or his
issue relinquish or dispose of in any fashion, their controlling
interest in the stock of the Grantee, Cushman S. Radebaugh and Sons,
Inc.
2. Grantors and Grantee shall have joint use of that

certain twin-box culvert and sump lake located on Grantee's prop-
~ erty North of turnpike in Norfiheast corner of Section 25 and/or

~ Southeast corner of Section 24 (near Northwest corner of Block 4,
