3. In the development of citrus groves by Grantee on
property immediately West of the West line of said Blocks 4-20,
Florida Maid Cit''rus Grove, Grantee may dump dirt against the West .
dike of said Blocks 4-20, said dirt to come from a canal to be con-
structed by Grantee; provided, however, that Grantee is to leave
twenty (20) feet of berm between such ~nal and the said dike.
4. Neither party shall incur costs or liabilities of the
other which resuYt or may result from performance by the parties in
connection with this agreement.
5. This agreement is made for the mutual benefit of the
parties and shall be binding on their successors and assigns.
