WOCKLEY, as Guardian of the G~~ardianship of NAOMI M. WOCKLEY, Incompetent, hereinafter called Grantor, to JOSEPH F. WOCKLEY and KATHLEEN E. WOCKLEY, husband and wife, whose postoffice address is: 400 Rio Mar, Port 6t. Lucie Fort Pierce, Florida hereinafter called Grantee: WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for an in consideration of the sum of $11,500.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re- mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that certain land situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, vix: Lot 1, BloCk 1, RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, according to the Plat thereot recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. AND the Grantor does covenant with the Grantee, that all things preliminary to and in the above sale, and this conveyance, have been done by proper Court Order issued from the County Judges Court in . and for St. Lucie County, Florida, which sale is authorized by a cer- tain Order dated and filed March 28, 1966, and signed by the Judge of said Court, which Order authorizes this sale for the sum stated herein, and that all of the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects. The Crantor further covenants that the said property is the lawful property of NAOMI M.
