Said Party of the First Pe?rt by Petition on the day
of March, t966, applied to the County Judge in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, tor authority to sell oertain real estate in said
County hereinarter described, avering it is necessary and ezpedient
to sell the same and also alleging each aad every ~urisdict3onal
P.act; sad the ssid County Judge having found that the allegations
of said Petition were true and that the asle xould be to the best
interest of the said Bstate entered and rendered his Order dated
the day of March, A. D. t966, directing the said Party of
the First Part to aell the said real estate at private sale; and
TIiBRBtJPON the said Party of the First Part contracted to aell
the aaid real eatate to the said Party of the Second Part for the
sum of ~9,500.00; and the eaid Party of the First P,~rt reported the
said contract to the said Court and the said Court after being fully

' advised in the premises found that the pMce ofYered for said real
estste xas fair and reasonable and by Order entered and rendered on

` the ~day of l~iarch, A. D. 1g66, ratified and confirmed $aid

~ contract or sale aad ordered the said Party of the First Part to

~ e=ecute a Deed to the Party of the Second Part oi the real estate
~ hereinafter described,
