. DEED OF BARGAIN AND SALE

~ i THIS DEED, made this 16th day of March, 1966, by and

K between JOHN V. J. CHISHOLM and MARGARET M. CHISIi9LM, his wife,

~ hereinafter referred to as Parties of the First Part, and

JOSEPH P. GIBALA and MARY A. GIBALA, his wife, tenants by the
` entirety, with the cammon law right of survivorship, hereinafter
referred to as Parties of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration. the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, the said Parties of the First
Part do hereby grant and convey, with general warranty, unto ~
the said Parties of the Second Part, as tenants by the entirety,
with the con~mon law right of survivorship, it being intended
that the fee simple title to said property shall be vested
in said Parties of the Second Part during their joint lives,
and thereafter fee simple title shall be vested in the survivor -
