For value received, I, we or efther of us, promfse to pay, without de-
falcation, to the order of Milton B. Tillis and aannie Pearl Tillis, his [
wife and Bryant E. Tillis and Jane Tillis, his wife, at P. O. Box 971,
Vero Beacl3, I'lorida, the sum of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Three
and 52/100 ($3,923.52) dollazs, with intereat fraa date at the rate of 69~
per annum, in sixty (60) instalments as followa, Sixty Five and 39/100
(65.39) dollazs on the first day of May, 1966, plus interest of Ten and 50/ZOO
($10.50), makinq a total payntent of Seventy 8ive and 89/100(75.89) dollars
and a like gua~ on the first day of each and every month thereafter unttl
the whole be fully paid. If 8efault is made in the payment of any install-
ment when due, then a~ the option of the holder, auid without any other notice,
all the remaining instalments shall be due and payable at o~ce. Privilege
is qiven to pay two or more instalments at any inetalment maturity date, but
