THI~ INDENTURS made and executed the i~ day of
April, A. D. 1966, by C. D. MUSTAIIIE and FLORENCE W. MUSTAIliE,
his wife, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter
called the Grantors, to RANDALL C. O6TEEN and l~II3LBA A. 06TEEN,
his wife, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, ROLLIId L.
ROGSRS and MART~FIA W. ROGERS, his wife, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, and I~NNETH A. STOCP~?N and MILDRED H. STOCIQ+lAN,
his wife, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter
called the Grantees,
WI~REAS, the Grantora are the owners of certain lands
located in the NW~ of the SW~ of the NW~ and the SW~ of the S~
af the NW~, Section 29, Tawnship 35 South, Range 40 East; and
WI~REAS, the Grantees are the owners of certain lands
in the S~ of SW'~ of NW~, Section 29, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, which ownerships w~ere acquired by deeds from Grantora
herein to the respective Grantees herein, said deeds being re-
~ cor~ed in Official Record Book 58, Page 541 and Afficial Record

~ as to Grantee, Rogers, and Deed Hook 258, Page 373, as to Grantee

~ Stockman, public recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
~ W~REAS, said respective deeds contained an easement
for ingreBS and egress over and across the land of Grantors
herein, which said easement ~as described as being an easement
~ over a proposed road to be located along the sides of certain
~
~ tracts of land as shown on a photostatic copy of survey attached
~
~
~ to abstracts describing said tracts of land; and
