of the suma of money heretofore paid by Grantees for the purchsse
of the propertiea by Granteea fraa Grantors, as said purchasea
are hereinabove described by reference to the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, Graetiors, by these presents, do grant
unto the Grantees hereinabove named. their heirs and assigns, an
easement for the purpose of ingress and egress to the land here-
inbefore conveyed by the Grantors to the respective Grantees,
as said lands are described in the deeds of conveyance herein-
above mentioned, to the respective Grantees, said easement to be
over and across the following described land, situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
A strip of land tw~enty (20) feet wide, South and
Weat, and parallel to the following described
line, to-wits
Begin at a point on the West line cf ~he NW~
of SW~ of Nt~ of Section 29, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, which said point is tw~enty (20)
feet North of the Northwest corner of the SW~

parallel with the North line of said SW~ of SW~

said line intersects a Northwesterly extension
of a line havi~g a bearing of South 44° 36' 14"

of NW~); thence run South 440 36' 14" East to

206.55 feet; thence run South 260 54' 44" East

~ 153.35 feet; thence run South 050 29' 44" East
~ 193.30 feet, more or less, to the North bank
