HELLER & COMPANY OF FLORIDA, a Florida corporation, hereinafter ~
referred to as "MORTGAGEE".

WHEREAS, the MORTGAGOR did make, execute and deliver to the ~ i

MORTGAGEE its promissory note dated March 6, 1964, in the principal sum ~

of $100, 000. 00, which said promissory note provides quarter annual payments ;

of $5, 000.00 commencing June 6, 1966 until June 6, 1969 at which time the ~
~
entire principal sum becomes due and payable together with interest, and ( ~
WHEREAS, said promissory note is secured by a Mortgage Deed l( i

contempoxaneously executed therewith, which said Mortgage Deed is recordedl

in Official Record Book 8?, Page 453, among the Public Records of St. ~ i

Lucie County, Florida, and ~ ~

WHEREAS, said MORTGAGE DEED was corrected and amended by ( °

Corrected and Amended Mortgage Deed dated September 24, 1965, which said i

~ Corrected and Amended Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record Book ~

129, Page 327, amongthe Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and ~ ~
WHEREAS, the MORTGAGOR and MORT~AGEE have agreed to

modify and extend the note and Mortgage above descrihed as is hereinafter ~

provided.

' NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants con-

tained herein and other good and valuable consideration and to induce the ~
MORTGAGEE to extend the above described promis sory note and Mortgage ;
