2- That the Promissory Note of March 6, 1964 is amended as
follows:
Interest only shall be paid quarter annually commencing ~

April 1, 1968. The principal indebtedness shall be repayable as follows; ~

and a like sum every four months thereafter until the 3 st ay , 9

3- The above described Mortgage is a Balloon Mortgage and the
final payment or balance due upon maturity is $85, 000. 00 together with ~

accrued interest, if any, and all advances made by the MORTGAGEE under the

4- The MORTGAGOR does herewith ratify and confirm each and ever~

of the terms, covenants and conditions contained in the Mortgage Deed dated ~

' March 6, 1964, the Corrected and Amended Mortgage Deed dated ~

December 24, 1965, acknowledging that the same is in full force and effect ~

and legal in each and every respect, except as the same is modified herein- ~

~ the principal sum of $100, 000. 00 with interest at the rate of twelve percent ~ ~

claims. Nothing herein contained invalidates or shall/invalid any security now `
` held by the MORTGAGEE for said indebtedness, nor impair, nor release any

covenant, condition,agreement or stipulation in said Mortgage Deed and the ~
