BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
A. G. WEATI~RINGTON, who, upon being duly sworn deposes and says:
That he is a registered land surveyor in the State of
Florida, holding Cert~.ficate No. 1859; that he prepared the
plat of ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES= SECOND ADDITION, which is re-
corded in Plat Book 14, at Page 2 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; that the distance from the North line of
Section 21, Tqwnship 35 South, Range 40 East to the beginning

of the above described plat is 559.02 feet as shown on said
plat and not 599.02 feet as shown in the legal description con-
tained on said plat; that the distance of 599.02 feet as shown
in said legal description is an error and should be corre~ted
to read 559.02 feet.
