This mortgage is given to secure the payment of not
only the aforesaid promissory note but also a fee ~f 1/4 of ~
lqa per annum payable annually on each interest payment date
on any amount of the above principal sum not disbursed, said
fee to be discontinued in any event on April 5 , 19 7],
Mortgagor agrees ~hat none of the real property herein
encumbered shall be incorporated into a drainage district
under the laws of Florida without first obtaining the wri~ten
c4nsent of the Mortgagee.
IN WITNESS WI~REOF the foregoing Exhibit "A" is hereby
incorporated in the execu~ecl mortgage which precedes it.
