part.~_ot the first part, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY of the STATE OF FLORIDA, parry of the second part,
WIT~IESSETH: That the said part..~~of the first part, for and in conside~ation of the sum of One Dollar (s1.00) and
other valuable mnsiderations paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do~
grant, bargain and sell to the said parry of the second part, its successors, and assigns, a right-of-way in St. lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the West 220 feet of the N~ of Lot 8, plat
of White City, as recorded in Plat Book 1, at page 21
of the public records of'St. Lucie County, which lies
within 25 feet of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the intersection of the South line
of N'~ of said Outlot 8 and the West right of way of
Oleander Avenue, run North along said right of way a
distance of 131.25 feet for the point of beginning;
run West at a 90° angle with right of way of Oleander
Avenue and parallel with said South line of the N'~
of Outlot 8, a distance of 910 feet; run Southwesterly
to a point which is 20 feet North of said South line
and 1060 feet West of the West right of way of Oleander
~ Avenue; run West parallel with and at a distance of
20 feet from said South line to the East right of way
of Citrus Avenue.
