ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION
. The Petition of ALICE ONEN FRAZEI~ for this Order of
Distribution and for final discharge ae Execu• t•ix of the estate of DAVID
H. FRAZER, JR. , deceased, came on this day to be heard, and it appearing
that the heirs and beneficiaries of the said DAVID $ FRAZER, JR. are
sui juris, and that they have waived the filing of Annual Accountings, a Final
Accounting, and the advertisement of notice thereof, by an instrument in
writing which has been heretofore filed herein, and the said ALICE ONEN
FRAZER, as such Executrix, aforesaid, has performed all other acts
~
necessary and proper in the administration of the said estate, and is entitled
~ to discharge upon making distribution and filing satisfactory evidence thereof;

and it further appearing that the said ALICE ONEN FRAZER now has on
hand the following assets for distribution:
A tract of land in Section 22, Township 36 South,
Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, bounded
on the South by a line parallel to and 5, 767. 86 feet
Northerly (measured at right angles) froin the South
line of Section 27 of said Township and Range; on the
North by a line parallel to and 6, 323. 74 feet Northerly
-(measured at right angles) from the South line of said
Section 27, on the West by the waters of the Indian
River; and on the East by the waters of the Atlantic
Ocean- valued at ~61, 146. 80
SUBJECT TO mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book
113, Page 34? of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida ~ 4, 686. 00
E@UITY ~56, 460. 80
Note of Coral Ridge Country Club payable on or before July
1, 1974 in the principal amount of ~1000.00 and bearing interest
