and there being no objections filed, and the Court finds that ALICE
ONEN FRAZER ia the legal heir or legatee or devisee under the Will
of said c~ecedent, and it is~ so ordered and adjudged.
~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUI)GED that pursuant
to the consenta of the heirs and beneficiariea as aforesaid, the said
ALYCE ONEN FRAZER is hereby authorized and directed 2o make
distribution, surrender, transfer and assign the above assets as follows:
To Alice Onen Frazer under Clause Fourth of the Will:
A tract of land in Section 22, Township 36 South, Range
41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, bounded on the South
by a line parallel to and 5, 767. 86 feet Northerly (measured
at raight angles) from the South line of Section 2? of said
Township and R,ange; on the North by a line parallel to and
6, 323. 74 feet Northerly (measured at right angles) from the
South line of said Section 27, on the West by the waters of
the Indian River; and on the East by the waters of the
Atlantic Ocean Inventory Value ~61, 146. 80
SUBJECT TO mortgage recorded in Mortgage
Book 113, Page 347 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida 4, 686. 00
EQUTTY = $56, 460. 80
Note of Coral R,idge Country Club payable on
or before July 1, 1974 in the principal amount
of $1000. 00 and bearing interest at the rate of
4g6 per annum payable semi-annually, valued at 500. 00
and that upon the filing of satisfactory evidence showing tbat distri-
bution has been made as directed, , an order of final discharge be entered.
