2. That the Aff iant has limited vision due to cataracts
and is aged and did not understand the nature of the agreement
represented and misrepresented to her.
3. That this instrument is executed for the purpose of
giving public notice that any co~tract relating to the above
described-property is void, fraudulent and false.
