and to the best interest of the parties involved, said court rendered its ~
Order dated the 24th day of November, 1965, directing said party of the
~ first part to abandon the property described in said Petition and to joiri in a ;
Quit Claim Deed with the Bankrupts to the second mortgagee, Billy L. `
Ferguson, said real property being described as follows, to wit: ~

sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars in hand paid, said party of the first part, as
said Trustee, aforesaid, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,

releases, conveys and confirms unto the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns forever, safd above-described real property.
~ TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, ;

and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining. ~
