WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parfiies her~to,
to provide for the joint use of the above described canal
for the purpose of draining waters from the above described
lands owned by said parties.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That for and in the consideration of the sum of ~
One Dollar ($1.00), paid by each party to the other and
in the further considerat ion of the covenants and con-
ditions hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto do ;

covenant and agree as follows:
1. Radebaugh does hereby give and grant unto Scott
and easemen t, right and license, to drain waters from the
lands owned by Scott and above described into and through
the canal owned by Radebaugh and Lying along•the southeriy
side of and adjacen~ to the Florida Stafie Sunahine Parkway
to and into Central and Southern Alorida P1ood Control
Dis~rict Canal' 25.
2. Each party hereto sha11 keep the lands owned

by it and abo ve described maintained and in such manner
as to prevent waters from their lands, except as hereinafter
specifically provided, from flowing over sand lands and
entering into the canai owned by Radebaugh and above described.
