That if Purchaser shall fail to promptly make payments as provided to be made by this Contract or remove or attempt to remove, or incumber or attempt to incumber, said property the entire unpaid balance of tha.s Con- tract shall immediately mature and become paya~3e at the ogtion of Hals~y & Griffith, Inc.., That, if the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. shall place this Contract in the hands of an attorney for collection Purchaser agrees to pay all costs and expenses of such collection, including a reasonable attorneyts fee. The title to the said above described property shall rema~n in the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. until the whole amount of the purchase price shall have been paid. ~ Purchaser agrees that should Purchaser hereafter purchase any goods from the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. before the above described goods are paid for in ftiill, that the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. may apply any subsequent payments that Purchaser may hereafter make on account of the , said subsequently purchased goods, until they are fully paid for before allowingfl~rther credit on this account. ' In the event that the property described in this Contract is injured or destroyed by fire, or otherwise, the loss shall fall upon the purchaser and not upon the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. and the debt under this Con- tract shall not be in wise affected or destroyed thereby. Halsey & Griffith, Inc. shall have the right, at any time, after de- fault in any payment of any installment of the purchase price of the proper- ty described herein for a period of five (5) days, by its servants and agents, to enter upon the premises where said property is located and take possession of the same, without legal process, and all payments made.up to the time of such default shall be considered and applied as rent for the ~ use of the property,and its depreciation in value. ~ The Accomodation Charge will be Cancelled if paid by June 11, 1966 NOTICE TO THE BUYER: a.
