thereto, and aU rents, issuea, proceeds, and profits aceruing and to accrue from said premisea, all of which
are included within the foregoing description and the habendum thereof ; also all gas. ateam~ electric,
water. and other heatiug, cooking, refrigerating~ lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power
syatems, machines. appliances, fixturea~ aad appurtenances, which now are or may heresfter pertain to,
or be used with, in, or on said premises, even though they be detached or detachable.
