as the f irst part ies , and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Post Off ice ~bx 7aD,
Fort Pferce, Florida, as the second party.
WITNESSETH: That the first part ies, in consideration of the
su~ of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the re-
ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the sec-
ond party, its successors and assigns, a perpetual ease~ent and
riqht of way for the purpose of clearinq, excavating, conatructinq
and maintaining outfall and drainaqe ditches and drains in, upon
and thzouqh the followinq described land in 3t. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit: ~

SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 19, of the St. Lucie County, Florida,
Public Records, run thence South 89 deg.-38 min.
East, along the South line of said Lot 20, 370 feet;
thence North 0 deg.-17 min. East, 30 feet to the
North right-of-way line of St. Lucie Boulevard and
. the Southeast corner of Iands of Lloyd T. Wyatt, et
ux, as in Deed Book 260, Page 419, St. Lucie County,
Florida, Public Records; thence continue North 0 deg.- ~
17 min. 8ast, along the East line of said Wyatt land,
236.26 feet to a stake on the South bank of existing
drainage Canal (Taylor Creek), and the Point of Be-~
; ginning of the proposed Canal right-of-way herein ~

min. East, along the North line of said Lot 20, 32
feet, more or less, to tYie centerline of existing
Creek channel; thence, meandering the centerline of
existing Creek channel, run Southeasterly, 34 feet, ~
more or less, to a point on the East line of afore-
said Lloyd Wyatt land, 40.3 feet North of the Point
of Beginning; thence South 0 deg.-17 min. West, along
the East line of inTyatt land, 40.3 feet to the Point
