SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
TFIIS INDENTURE, made this lst day of april lg 66
~ between A. P. KRIEG~R and M. J. KRIEGBR a/k/a ARTf~UR P. KRIEGER
and MARTHA J. KRIEGER, husband and wife, in the County of St~ Lucie
and State of Florida, hereinafter called the "Grantors", and
SECRSTARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMSNT, of Washington, D. C.
his successors arid assigns, hereinafter called the "Grantee",

WITNESSETH:
THAT the sai.d Grantors, for and in consideration o'f the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the said Grantee, and
other valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, hereby grants, bargains, and sella to the said Grantee
and his successors in such office, as such, forever, the following
described land in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
to-wit: ~
Lot 26, Block 45, of RIVER PARK, UATIT 5, according to a plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 31, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
TO HAVE and to hold the above described property, with
appurtenances, unto the said Grantee and his successors in such
office, as such, forever.
GRANTORS hereby specially warrant the title to said lands
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of any person
whomsoever, claiming by, through, or under the said Grantors.
IN WITNESS WAEREOF, the Grantors have caused these
presents to be signed in their names, the day and year above ~
