One, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6, page 55 of the public '
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, TOGETHER with all improvements
thereon and together with all furniture, fixturea and equipment located :
in the dwellic~g house situate upon the above described property. ALSO ;
