The Mortgagor covenants and agrees that all of the above lands shall be
planted to citrus on or before December I, I965.
It is agreed that partial releases fram this nortgage shall be given upon
those Blocks as hereinafter described in the order as hereinafter descsibed,
upon receipt by the aortgagee of those sums as set forth to be applied upon
the principal sua due hereunder, as follows:
FIRST: Block 20 of the above lands shall be released upon payment of the
su~ of $48,927.00;
Second: Block 19 of the above lands shall be released upon paynent of the
sua~ of $45,348.00;
THIRD: Block 18 of the above lands ahall be released upon payment of the
sua of $45,348.00;
The Second Release shall be contingent upon the Rirst Release having been
given, and the Third Release shall be contingent upon the Seco»d Release
having been given.
