Section 1. FYom and after the effective date of this
. Ordinance, that ~lleyway Iying between lots 6,7,8,9,10 and
11, of Block Fort Pierce Heights, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book l, page 39, public records of St. L~icie
County, Florida, be and the same is hereby closed, vacated
and abandoned.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts o~ Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance be and shall become effective
upon final passage. ~
