THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 18th day of ~February,
1966 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JSROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE.
hereinafter called the Grantora, to WELDON L. MADDOX and MARGARET O. MADDOX,
his wife as tenants by the entiretiea,

hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantora for and in coneideration of the ~um of
$10.00 , and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, aell, alien, remiae, re-
leaae, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certa~n land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

LAI~WOOD PARK. St. Lucie County, Florida, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 11, at Page 27, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining. ~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee aimple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have qood right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey aaid land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persona
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made aubject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wits
