I, ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of thE Circuit Co~zrt, hereby
certify that heretofore, on the 4th day of April, 1966, I
executed and filed herein my Certificate of Sale of the mort-
gaged property, and that no objections to such sale have been
filed herain, on or before the date hereof, and that Ten (10)
days have elapsed since the filing of said Certificate of Sale.
That, as recited in said Certificate of Sale, the mort-
gaged property, described as follows, to-:~it:

20, SUNLAND GARDENS, according to the plat thereof re-
