as tenants in common, in and to the following

29, 32, 33 and 34 in Township 34 South, Range
3? East, less and excepting therefrom all rights-
of-way for drainage district canals and the
Florida State Turnpike Authority, and subject
to easements ~f record including that drainage
agreement betw•een Cushman S. Radebaugh and Sons,
Inc., and Scott•s Ranch, Inc., dated June 30, 1964.
Together with a perpetual, non-exclusive easement
for road~, ingress and egres~, drainage and ir-
rigation and for all other lawful purpose~ over
the tiVest 250 feet of Sections 5 and the We~t 250
f ee f of th at part of Sec t ion 8 lying North of
State Road No. 68 COrange Avenue Extension) of
Township 35 South, Range 37 East.
Together with all pumps, wells, fences and other
improvements thereon.
