by W. W. Carlton and wife, Annie G. Carlton to Texaco,
Inc. dated November 15, 1959, recorded in Deed Book
261 at Page 311, to the extent that the same applies to
and affects the land hereby~ conveyed. (Grantor rese,rves,
however, such rentals or payments as may already have
been received by Grantors.
(Wherever herein reference is made to recording books,
the same shall refer to the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. )
Subject to taxes for the year 1966 a~d thereafter.
Subject to rules and regulations of St. Lucie County
Coinprehensive Zoning Resolution of December 17,
1958 as subsequently amended.

Said Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
(Herein the terms "Grantor' and "Grantee" shall be construed to include
mascule, feminine, singular or plural as the context indicates. )
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
