brance or the remedies at law or in eqiuty for reoovering .thereAut~ or against the parties charged thereby,
the full amount of all sums secured by and/or due under t1~e sarine. It is iurther understood and agreed
that in the event said above desczibed premises are abandoned by the State and cease fio be uscd for high-
way coastruction and maintena?noe purposes that in such event the subordination of said encumbrance shall
