WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made the day of C~,,;-.G ,
A. D. , 1966, by SANDRA LEE SAPP, formerly SANDRA LEE KIRBY, joined
by her husband. WAYNE M. SAPP, and WILLIAM ERNEST NIPPS, a Single
Adult, hereinafter called the grantors, to JOHN S. STREET and CHRISTINE
K. STREET, his vQ fe. whose post office address is Rt. 1, Box 254-C, Vero~
Beach, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerat~ons, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby gra~, bargain, sell, aliens, remise, release, convey
and confirm unto the ~rantee, all that certain land situate in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
- Lot 8, Block C, West End Subdivision, according to plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 5, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida,
TOGETI-iER with all the tenemeryts, hereaitaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HI~LD, the same in fee simple forever.
