ASSIGNMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That HOWARD FORE,
INC. , a Michigan corporation authorized to do business within the State
of Florida, party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
Eighty Four Hundred and Eighty Three Dollars and Ninety one cents,

and other valuable considerations, received from or on behalf of FIRST
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a cor
poration under the lawa of the U. S. with its principal place of business
at Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the second part. at or before the en-
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, ~transfer and
set over unto the said party of the second part the following:
(1) A certain mortgage bearing date the lst day of December,
1965, made by B. F. Ivey and Frances R. Ivey, his wife, in favor
of Howard Pore, Inc. , and recorded in Official Record~ook 132
at page 226, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon
j - the following described piece or parcel of land, situate and being

in Plat Book 1, at page 160, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, said lots being
also described as Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block
8(E) of the Assessor's Map of North part of
Ft. Pierce, Florida, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 1, page 164, public reco~ds

together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage,
having a remaining principal balance of $8, 404, 04 and the
moneys due and to become due thereon, with interest from the
