' (2) That certain Agreement bearing daie the 1 st day of
December, 1965, made by B. F. Ivey and Frances R. Ivey,
his wife, in favor of Howard Pore, Inc. , and recorded in
Official Record Book 1~, page ~-,.;T~'i~ , public records of
of St. Lucie County, Florida, whereby the said B. F. Ivey
and Frances R. Ivey, his wife, agree that the rentals re-
served unto them under that certain Lease which is recorded
in O. R. Bk. 91, at page 291 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, shall be payable unto the holder of
the mortgage first above described and further that they will
not sell the hereinabove desc~ibed real estate so long as the
indebtedness secured by the mortgage above asaigned is unpaid
in part or otherwise without the consent of said mortgage holder.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the
second part, its successors and assigns forever.
IN WTTNESS WHEREOF the party of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed in its name, and ~its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed, by its proper officers there~nto duly authorized, the
