A.D. 1966, between ARTHUR WINKI,$MAN, individually and as Trustee
for JSROMS KIMMEL and H$NRY GRFEN as the first parties, and
ST. LUCI$ COffi~iTY, Post Office Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
as the second party.
WITN$SSSTH: That the first parties, in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, herexay grants unto the sec-
. ond party, its successors and asaigns, a perpetual easement and
right of way for the purpose of installing and maintaining drain-
age culverts in, upon and through the following described land in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
TRACT 1:
From the NW coxner of Block 3 of FORT PIERCE HIGH-
LANDS, i1NIT 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 10, page 29, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, run thence North 89~ 50' West 60 feet to
the West line of Dickens Street and the Point of Be-
ginning; thence continue North 89~ 50' West 100 feet,
more or less, to the existing canal; thence North
and parallel with said Dickens Street a distance of
10 feet; thence South 890 50' East a distance of 100
feet, more or less, to the West line of Dickens
Street; thence South along the West line of Dickens
Street a distance of 10 feet to the Point of Begin-
ning.

Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 1, Block 1, of
FORT PIERCE HIGFII~ANDSr LAdIT 1, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 10, page 29, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence South
along the West line of Dickens Street a distance of
10 feet; thence run North 89° 50' West (parallel
with the South line of said Lat 1) a distance of
100 feet more or less, to the existing canal; thence
run North and parallel with the West line of Dickens
Stteet a distance of 10 feet; thence run South 890
50' East (along the South line of said Lot 1) 100
feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
