1966, by BARNETTE E. GREENE, JR. and NARIOT H. GREENE, h wife,
hereinafter called Grantor, and ROBERT M. CHAPPELL, BURNEY CHAPPELL, JR.,
NORMAN J. PURVIS and CANDOR HOSIERY MILL, INC., and/or assigns, here-
. inafter called Grantee:
~ WITNESSETH: T'hat the Grantor, for and in the consideration of
~y . the s~ of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considera-
tions, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, conveys
and confirms unto the Grantee, an easement for the purpose of construct-
ing, using, maintaining and operating a road for traffic purposes with-
out restrictions, together with the right and license to use roads,
existing or hereinafter to be constructed over and upon the following
described property in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:
(a) A parcel of land 25 feet in width eactending
15 feet on each side of the following described
centerline; Begiwning at a point 19 feet East
and 144 feet North of the North 1/4 corner of
- Section 4, Towaship 37 South, Range 38 East.
Thence run Westerly 7870.51 feet, more or less,
to a point on the West line of Section 32,
~ Township 36 South, Range 38 East, which~point
' is 45 feet North of the Southwest comer of
Section 32.
(b) A parcel of land 30 feet in width extending
along the entire Western edge of Section 32,
Township 36 South, Range 38 East to a point
where such parcel of land intersects the
parcel of land described in Section (a) above. '

St. Lucie County Records. The Grantor likewise retains the right

to use the easement which Grantor acquired from W. W. Carlton.
This Easement is not exclusive but may be used in common by

the parties hereto, their heirs and assigns.
