verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.~?, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 11~-118, of the
public records of St. Lvcie (.ounty, Florida. _
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and the masculine sh~ll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin~ upon tlie respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the ~lortgagor and Mortgagee.
