one of them hereby is, authorized to execute Powers of Attorney, which may be attested or acknowledged by
any OtHcer or Attorney ot the Company, qualifying the Attorney or Attorneys named in the given Power of '
Attorney. to execute in behalf oi and aeknowledge as the act and deed oi Maryland Naticnal Insurance Compa- i
ny, all bonds, undertakings and contracts oi suretyship, and to aRix the corporate seal thereto."
